Student Policies & School Regulations
Rules
- The school gates close at 7:55 AM. Late entry is not permitted.
- Students must attend the first and last day of the term and after vacations.
Absence
- Parents must inform the school if a child is absent for more than two days.
- After illness, a note or medical certificate must be submitted.
- The principal must be informed if absence exceeds one week.
Parents Visits & Teacher Meetings
- Parents can meet teachers on Thursdays during scheduled hours.
- Appointments may also be arranged through the class teacher.
Student Learning Assessment
- Pre-school students are assessed mainly through observation records.
- Term reports are shared with parents based on age-appropriate criteria.
Homework
- Homework is given during the week and must be completed regularly.
- It helps develop responsibility and strengthens understanding.
As Such Homework Is
- Work completed outside class time.
- Revision or consolidation of concepts already taught.
- Catch-up work due to absence.
- Preparation for tests and assignments.
Letters Between Teachers & Parents
- Important communication is sent through the school diary.
- Parents should check and sign the diary daily.
Toys & Personal Items
- No toys, cell phones, or sports equipment should be brought unless instructed.
- Parents must ensure items taken home are returned.
Birthday Celebrations
- Students may distribute only two sweets per classmate.
Change in Address or Phone
- Any change in address or contact numbers must be informed to the class teacher in writing.
Arrival & Departure
- Punctuality is essential and parents are requested to cooperate.
- Students are released only at scheduled times to authorized persons.
Early Pick-Up Requests
- Parents must send a written note or inform the school office.
- The authorized person must carry written permission.
Health & Safety
- Students with infectious illness should stay home.
- The school must be informed immediately about medical conditions.
